I have been waiting for a Coreopsis to grow that looks like this painting just so I could use it instead of a photograph. I love Coreopsis, especially this one. It's a tall, golden yellow Coreopsis, with solitary flowers on sturdy stems, and that's just the way it should be. These long lasting blooms are an asset to the summer garden, and the butterflies don't mind them a bit. Plant this long-lived Coreopsis in Zones 3-8 in as much sun as you can muster.
